During my New Year's stay, I was surprised by the cleanliness of the room and how well-stocked it was. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job each day. the location was also amazing, just steps away from the city center and accessible to public transportation. Plus, the staff was very helpful and happy to recommend local attractions and dining options.

The hotel offered two great complementary facts during my Christmas stay. The location was key, right in the heart of the city. It was easy to walk everywhere without worrying about transportation. Another advantage was the beautiful roof terrace that provided a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city.
There was also no heating in the room, which made it a little chilly at night. Additionally, one member of staff was rude and not helpful.

It was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring. Not to mention, there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, making it convenient for meals and shopping.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
